PMSA is tasked to regulate the provision of property management services by companies and practitioners in Hong Kong and to promote professional development of the industry.

As a statutory regulatory body on property management industry, the Property Management Services Authority will introduce to the public how the property management companies and property management practitioners in striving for enhancement in professionalism and quality and providing the public with higher quality property management services through implementing the licensing regime and other complementary measures.
