Cr Ir Sr P. F. Chan

The speaker, Mr P.F. Chan, is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager. He currently works as a project management practitioner with a registered general building contractor. He has previously worked for the Hong Kong SAR Government, universities, consultants, and property developers. In addition, he has over 25 years of experience teaching project management, facilities management, and building surveying at various local and overseas universities and institutions.
