Cross-border Enforcement of Judgments

On January 29, 2024, the Arrangement on Reciprocal Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters by the Courts of Mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region took effect concurrently in both regions. This seminar, in light of this significant legal development, will feature two distinguished practitioners—one from Hong Kong and one from Shenzhen—to delve into pertinent topics such as the enforcement procedures and requirements for a civil verdict from Mainland China in Hong Kong, as well as strategies for collaborative client service between legal professionals on both sides.
