The introductory talk will cover the following:
Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective professional treatment method that combines hypnosis and psychotherapy. In a hypnotic state, psychological therapy techniques such as the Empty Chair Technique and Thought Stopping Technique can be used to help individuals deeply explore their inner world and effectively resolve psychological and emotional issues. This introductory session will introduce the applications of hypnotherapy in various fields, including stress management, hypnobirthing, alleviating anxiety and depression, improving insomnia, overcoming fears, self-improvement, and habit control.
Scientific hypnosis and hypnotherapy have been extensively researched by many renowned universities and widely applied in various fields, including law enforcement agencies. Additionally, the hypnobirthing course has been offered in hospitals within the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom, further demonstrating its professionalism and practicality.
