Mr Harry Chan

Mr Chan is an experienced Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice Division) and a Chartered General Practice Surveyor with extensive experience in real estate appraisal and investment markets in Greater China region. His areas of expertise include property valuation, financial analysis, real estate investment, planning and development consultancy, and market research. His market knowledge and experience extended geographically to Asian markets such as South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Mongolia. Mr Chan is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (“HKIS”) and a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (“RICS”).
