Join us to explore how AI and computer vision are reshaping sports. In the first session, Mr Kenny Yuen will explore how everyday technologies are reshaping the way we experience sports and recreation. The session will highlight the role of technology in enhancing fan engagement, and how wearable devices are driving improvements in performance, injury prevention, and recovery. Beyond professional athletes, these innovations are increasingly relevant to students, recreational players, and the general public, making both sports and leisure activities more interactive, data‑driven, and accessible. It will also touch on emerging everyday applications that are likely to shape the future of play, offering a glimpse into how technology will continue to redefine participation, enjoyment, and wellbeing in sports and recreation.

In the second part, Mr Ernest Chen will showcase a Hong Kong-developed system that uses mobile phones to deliver convenient and accurate electronic line calling for tennis and pickleball, as well as practical tools for training. He will also talk about the future development of the system, including its potential expansion to other sports and enhanced features for recreational use. Don’t miss this opportunity to see how local innovation is driving the future of sports technology.
