What's Happening Events

To promote the deep integration of education, science and technology, and talent development in the Greater Bay Area, The University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education and the School of Continuing Education at Sun Yat-sen University will jointly organise the Second GBA Education Conference on 14 May 2026 at the South Campus of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou.

With the theme “Innovation Education and Industry Integration”, the conference aims to establish a high-level, cross-disciplinary platform that fosters collaboration across education, industry, research, and healthcare sectors, driving innovation through practical application. It will bring together experts, industry leaders, and educators from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao to explore pathways that align innovative education models with industry development needs.

All participants are required to attend the conference in person. To register, please send an email to leadacademy@hkuspace.hku.hk with the subject line “2nd GBA Education Conference Registration” no later than 17:00 on Tuesday, 5 May 2026.
