Dr Frankie Cheung

Dr Frankie CHEUNG is Programme Director at HKU SPACE and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE. He is responsible for designing and managing degree and professional programmes in media cultures, creative industries and communication and cultural studies. Dr CHEUNG has over twenty years of experience in tertiary teaching and curriculum development, and has been involved in developing a number of collaborative programmes with overseas universities. His teaching areas include contemporary media cultures, digital communication and game studies. He is committed to promoting intercultural and interdisciplinary learning, encouraging students to connect local and global perspectives through diverse ways of thinking and creative practice, and to build a solid foundation for future development in the media and cultural creative sectors.
