Based on the founder journey behind Global Paws Limited, Melody will share how an opportunity was identified through market demand, and how a passion for animals was translated into a professional service built on trust. She will outline what it takes to earn a strong reputation under pressure through clear communication, rigorous attention to detail, and consistent service standards. The session also presents the realities of entrepreneurship, including daily trade-offs and responsibility, stress management, and the transition from doing everything personally to building processes, roles, and a team. It concludes with simple, practical frameworks to help students assess whether entrepreneurship is right for them, and to identify a realistic first step if they choose to explore it.
