Earning a place in a university law programme straight from secondary school is incredibly competitive, and a less-than-ideal DSE score can make many students feel their dream of becoming a lawyer is over.  This seminar will show you why that isn't true.  Join us to discover how the Associate of Arts in Legal Studies offers a strategic "second chance" to enter the legal profession.  This programme is not just a stepping stone; it is a rigorous introduction to tertiary legal education.  We will explore how the curriculum gives a taste of the first year in a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) programme, immersing students in core subjects like Contract Law, Criminal Law, and the HONG Kong Legal System though university-style, problem-based learning.  We will outline proven articulation pathways that have successfully led past graduates directly into LLB programmes.  Furthermore, we will discuss how the flexible programme structure provide flexibility, opening doors to diverse bachelor's degrees in business, social sciences, and beyond.
