Today, as we face the coronavirus epidemic, many feel frightened and helpless. People are worrying about their well-being and safety. But instead of hiding away in a state of grief, why not take a positive step to coping with this unfortunate situation.

We will be holding a series of free online public talks called “Covid-19 Wellness Series” to offer you advice on how to stay well and feel well in yourself. We have invited some renowned psychiatrists and clinical psychologists to share some practical tips on how to face this once-in-a century global threat, how to embrace it with positivity and develop a peaceful mind.
