With the social unrest and the outbreak of the Covid-19, we have lived in a stressful environment for months. How do you relieve pressure and anxiety?

Positive Psychology explores the positive attributes which contribute to our well being.   Mrs Lu, clinical psychologist, will briefly introduce the parameters of Positive Psychology, and share researches on the impact of stress and health. At the same time, she will highlight the importance and means of nurturing our psychological well being in the Positive Psychological framework through developing positive emotions and our character strength. It is hoped that the talk will provide a new perspective in managing our stress under the present pandemic.
