Please note that photo and video recordings may occur during the event. By attending, participants grant consent for their images to be captured in photos and/or videos and authorise HKU SPACE to use these images on its official website, social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), advertisements, publications, and other promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or videoed, kindly inform our staff at the event so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

You always have the right to make subsequent changes on your choice of receiving further marketing materials, you can send an unsubscribe request to the School at any time, by:

1. Clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the marketing emails you have received;
2. Sending an email to unsubscribe@hkuspace.hku.hk from the email address opting out;
3. Complete the 'Request Form for Opting-Out from Direct Marketing' and submit it in person at any of our Enrolment Counters;
4. Post the completed form above to the Data Protection Officer of HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education, at Suites A & B, 12/F, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Hong Kong.
