    Mr Kwan Lam

    Mr Kwan Lam 任職咖啡師七年，除了日常咖啡店工作外，他亦兼任咖啡店顧問及拉花導師。他曾於澳洲的咖啡店工作，汲取不少外國咖啡店的營運經驗及了解顧客的咖啡文化。由於熱愛咖啡，他多年來不間斷地到世界各地參加拉花比賽，屢獲殊榮。在遊歷不同地方的同時，他了解到不同國家的咖啡文化，並喜與學生分享。
