Why HKU SPACE?

  • Our sake courses are taught by qualified sake professionals who are also experienced in sake education.

Throughout this 9-hour programme, at least 13 different styles of sake will be tasted; to further enhance the authenticity and experience of the sake learning, at least 10 types of specially selected otsumami snacks (such as Japanese rice crackers, pickles, nuts, cake, cheese) will be used to pair with sake.
