Graduate Sharing [Advanced Diploma in Applied Social Sciences ((Psychology)]

"How time flies! I am so happy that I have finished the Advanced Diploma in Applied Social Sciences programme. Deciding to study Psychology at HKU SPACE is, so far, one of the best decisions I have made. HKU SPACE provides a very good learning environment and conditions to students. The programme offered a wide variety of content, such as ‘The Art of Reasoning’, 'Introduction to Social Research Methods', 'Introduction to Sociology', to name but a few, equipped me with a raft of professional skills, e.g. statistical and analytical skills. The specialism subjects are also very interesting and knowledgeable which enabled me to find the area which I enjoyed the most in Psychology. The lecturers are professional and exceptionally helpful. Their passion on education motivates me and maintains my interest and confidence to keep on my lifelong learning. They inspire and provide me a good chance to explore how to deal with my work and daily life in many different ways. Such experiences are very useful in enriching my knowledge on how to build up good relationships with my clients, colleagues, friends and family, as well as allowing me to focus on furthering my academic studies and professional career. I would strongly recommend this programme to anyone who are interested in communicating with others, knowing more about humans and self. This is a good choice for you, and you will never regret."
