This programme aims to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills to identify, investigate and mitigate financial crimes involving virtual assets through blockchain forensics. It provides an overview of global and Hong Kong virtual asset regulatory frameworks, blockchain forensic investigations and application of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) in financial fraud analytics. Case studies of financial crimes in virtual assets from Hong Kong and the United States will also be examined in the programme.

 

This programme equips students with knowledge in listing rules in Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board so that they could be able to comply with rules and regulation of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

This programme aims to provide students with essential knowledge and skills to evaluate impact of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) on risk management and compliance. Students will learn to apply Big Data and AI technologies on data analysis.

This programme aims to provide students with essential knowledge and skills in financial modelling for leveraged, acquisition and syndicated financing transactions. It covers key aspects of three-statement financial modelling, merger and acquisition modelling techniques and data centre project finance. Case studies on AI applications in leveraged financial modelling will be examined.
