今年成功申請入讀CPE的同學可選擇修讀「SQE 備考選修課程」，通過 SQE 考試成為英格蘭及威爾士事務律師

全新 SQE 考試現已開放予 CPE 學員，助你更快邁向英格蘭及威爾士執業律師之路

「英國及香港法律學士程度文憑（專業共同試）」（Graduate Diploma of English and Hong Kong Law (Common Professional Examination)，簡稱 CPE）現正接受 2026 年入學申請。本年度成功申請入讀CPE並完成相關課程的學員，將可報考英格蘭及威爾士事務律師資格考試（Solicitors Qualifying Examination，簡稱 SQE）。通過 SQE考試並積累兩年認可法律工作經驗（QWE）後，可獲得在英格蘭及威爾士作為事務律師執業的專業資格。

2026 學年度起于 HKU SPACE 修讀 CPE 的學員，將獲保證被錄取升讀第三年選修性質的「榮譽法律學士學位（香港法）課程」，並可在該階段選修由曼徹斯特城市大學（Manchester Metropolitan University）提供的全新「SQE 備考選修課程」#。

2026 年 9 月入讀 CPE 的學員，在完成前兩年課程後，於 2028-29 學年可升讀「榮譽法律學士學位（香港法）」( LLB (Hons) Hong Kong ) 課程，並可以選擇修讀現有的「PCLL 預備選修課程」，或支付額外費用，修讀全新的「SQE 備考選修課程」。我們理解這會是一個「魚和熊掌」之間的艱難選擇，但好消息是學員無需在完成第二年課程前作出選擇，從而有充裕時間在掌握法律基礎知識後，再決定是否以 通過SQE考試成為英國律師 作為未來的發展方向。

SQE考試是為有志在英格蘭及威爾士成為事務律師的人士而設立的全新統一考試，取代舊有的法律實務課程（Legal Practice Course，LPC）。我們獨特的 「SQE 備考選修課程」將協助學員準備 SQE 第一階段考試（SQE1），邁出在英格蘭及威爾士執業的第一步。同時，通過修讀該課程，學員亦能完成所有申請入讀香港 PCLL的課程修讀要求！

加入全新「SQE 備考選修課程」的升級版 CPE 課程現正接受申請。名額有限，建議儘早報名以爭取優先錄取，鎖定本港首屈一指的兼讀制法律課程的學位。申請人可將表格電郵至 mmulaw@hkuspace.hku.hk，或親身前往本校各報讀中心遞交申請。

Hosted by the Student Recruitment Team at The College of Legal Practice and joined by Jane Waddell, Head of Curriculum Development and Design, this session will explain what the SQE route to qualification involves, the different pathways available, and what to expect from SQE1, SQE2 and Qualifying Work Experience (QWE). We’ll also explore how you can prepare for the SQE with The College of Legal Practice, through our SQE1 and SQE2 preparation courses or LLM in Legal Practice, and the support available throughout your studies. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions live during the webinar.
