Whenever you receive a quarterly or half-yearly MPF performance statement from your MPF service provider, you would receive a collection of fund performance of the same service provider for your comparison. It is natural that your fund provider would not be eager to show you the fund performance of other service providers.
However, what you mostly want is the fund return performance comparison between all MPF service providers. How would you do the comparison then?
Did you know all of the information you want has been posted onto a website hosted by MPF Authority? Having said that, how can you collect the data effectively before you transform the data into a proper form to facilitate your comparison?
All you need to learn is the data technologies that enable you to achieve the following purposes:
1. Web-scraping data from a webpage
2. Data Wrangling to transform the downloaded data to a useful form for analytics
3. Present data nicely with data visualization techniques for the required comparison
If you are keen on learning all of the above, HKUSPACE provides the related programmes for you:

Mr Danny Chan, who is the lecturer of all of the above programmes, are going to host a webinar to demonstrate the related data technologies from start to finish and he will present the final MPF Performance Comparison Dashboard on a Cloud Platform for sharing.
Don’t miss this opportunity. You will certainly find it a worthy webinar.
