This seminar will introduce the potential health benefits of practicing Yoga in nature. The session will be divided into two parts: the Yoga demonstration and discussion on the Yoga benefits.

Ultimately, the aim of yoga practice is to experience unity in ourselves and our bodies first and foremost and then with the external world around us. Yoga in nature connects us to the sky, the air element, and to the sun’s life-giving energy.
