Ms Lee Wing Chi Vivien

Ms Lee studied Korean at the Language Education Institute of Seoul National University. She has over nine years of experience teaching Certificate in Korean (Introductory) and Certificate in Korean (Foundation) in HKU SPACE. In addition, she is the only Hong Kong teacher who teaches the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) Preparation Course (Intermediate Level) in HKU SPACE.

Ms Bong Vivi

Ms Bong studied Korean at the Language Education Institute of Seoul National University. She is an experienced Korean teacher with over nine years of teaching experience across different levels and formats. In addition to teaching, Ms Bong is a published author with two Korean language books to her credit. She has also been a guest seminar speaker for the Korea Tourism Organization and worked as an interpreter for various events in Hong Kong.

Mr Lo Yan Pui Unpi

Mr Lo studied Korean at the Korean Language Education Center of Sogang University, and Advanced Korean Language Program at the Ewha Language Center. He joined HKU SPACE this year and teaches Certificate in Korean (Introductory).

In this talk, Hong Kong teachers of Korean will share their learning and teaching experiences. First, they will talk about how they were first introduced to the Korean language and the learning methods they used from the beginning of their journey to the advanced level. Then they will talk about how they became Korean teachers, their first teaching experiences, and the rewarding moments of teaching Korean at HKU SPACE. This event will inspire Hongkongers interested in the Korean language and will be beneficial to current learners and aspiring Korean teachers.
