The workshop will offer participants a first taste of Spanish through yoga practises, covering topics such as greetings, simple self-introduction, numbers, etc. The yoga training includes different types of poses for beginners and meditation guided by the instructor in English supplemented with simple Spanish.  Not only can you learn a language in an immersive way, but you also can improve your health and wellness through this integration of mental and physical exercise. Below are some reminders for Participants:

- Yoga should be done with an empty stomach. Therefore, allow at least 1 hour after a snack, and 2 - 3 hours after a heavy meal before you begin your yoga practice.
- Wear comfortable, light, loose clothing, preferably made of natural fibers. Your clothes should not restrict your movements.
- Remove your jewelry, watches and spectacles if possible.
- Yoga is practised with bare feet.
- Bring your own yoga mat. It provides padding as well as a non-slip surface to practise on and makes your practice easier and safer.
