Ms Rachel Li
Rachel Li is the Head of Case Management and Research at HELP for Domestic Workers. She is a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer who holds a double degree in Literature and Law from the University of Hong Kong. As a public interest lawyer, she has experience in employment law, immigration and asylum law, criminal law, public policy, and legislative reform. She is deeply passionate about facilitating access to justice for women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other underprivileged communities.
