¡Hablamos Español! – Spanish Trial Lesson (Jan 2025)
On 18 January 2025, HKU SPACE organised a Spanish trial lesson, where not only could the participants learn the very basics of the Spanish language, but they were given the opportunity to explore the cultural bits with our experienced, native Spanish coordinator in a fun and interactive way.
With its official status in Spain and 19 countries in Latin America, Spanish is the world's second-most spoken native language after Mandarin Chinese. Spain alone has 48 UNESCO heritage sites and Mexico has 35, all with stunning views and rich cultures. Also, the Spanish language can provide you with access to world-class music and the authentic cuisine offered in local restaurants.
