Hospitality, Tourism & Events Wine, Spirits, Sake & Coffee
Wine, Spirits, Sake & Coffee
These beverage programmes are designed to fit the interests and needs of different people, some intermediate level programmes are for people who have little or no prior knowledge of the beverage; while some advanced level programmes are for people who aspire to enhance their professional knowledge. Most of these programmes enable students to gain professional awards from international professional bodies, and they are mostly CEF reimbursable programmes. Both theory and tasting sessions enable students to deepen and broaden their beverage knowledge for social and leisure purposes; and these programmes are also suitable to those who wish to work with these beverages as part of a larger beverage portfolio in the retail, wholesale and hospitality sectors.
