Speaker biography:

Ms. Lee is a seasoned and all rounded professional with expertise in project management, cybersecurity, etc. She is currently a project consultant with reach practical experience in theoretical AI and Fintech (Algorithmic Trading, blockchain, AI and big data) in a famous university. Also, she is actively engaging in project consultation and teaching in tertiary education institutions for several years. As she has strong interests in legal studies and compliance and security issues in AI, she would like to share her experience in governance and compliance practically.

Seminar Topic:

Application of Big Data becomes more and more popular in the world. Many companies apply Big Data to explore new trends to support the growth of their business. Thanks to the support from Hong Kong Government, players in banking and finance services fields are putting more efforts to apply Financial Technology to improve their operations. In particular, the application of Blockchain will become more and more popular in the future and smart contract is one of the good examples. The speaker is going to share her experience in related areas during the talk.
