This programme aims to equip students with the professional communication skills and English proficiency to excel in both general business contexts and specifically in the industry of financial services. This programme aims to enhance participants, who are managers or supervisors in private and public sectors, in their ability to provide effective and constructive feedback on their staff’s English correspondence. This 9-hour workshop helps participants who need to enhance their social English for communication with English-speaking clients and/or colleagues.  Participants will learn how to make smalltalk and socialise in work situations and learn useful expressions to build their confidence to chat when they meet people for work.
