Language - Italian and English
Our Italian co-ordinator will take participants to a sensorial journey around an explosion of flavours, scents and aromas with tips, videos and images related to the Italian cuisine. We will also learn about regional products, traditional dishes and famous recipes supported with a range of Italian words related to food and of course the typical Italian non-verbal communication. At the end, the speaker will give an introduction to the Italian courses at HKU SPACE.
The School may make available related programme information material at the seminar.
