    Mr. Emil Chan, Chairman of FinTech Committee, Smart City Consortium

    Emil is a FinTech evangelist with over 20 years experience in managing IT and business transformation projects in international financial institutions. He had worked for several sizeable international banks including Credit Suisse and BayernLB as the roles of First Vice President, Head of IT in Asia Pacific, Project Director and Operations Manager AP. He has extensive experience in both Business and IT consulting encompassing the design, setup, leading and managing of cross-border projects throughout Asia. He is the visiting and adjunct lecture as well as advisor of various departments of universities including HKU, PolyU, CityU, Hang Seng U and IVE in Hong Kong. In the past 10 years, he participated actively in voluntary community services in related to the popularization of technology. He is the founding Chairman of the Association of Cloud and Mobile Computing Professionals, The FinTech Committee Chairman of the Smart City Consortium and the Honorary Chairman of StartHK promoting proper usage of Cloud and Mobile, the developing digital banking ecosystem as well as the adoption of startup culture in Hong Kong. He is the member of the Final Judging Panel of Hong Kong ICT Awards and Chief Judge of the ICT Startup Award 2019. In order to unleash Hong Kong's potential and play a new role in the Greater Bay Area, Emil also hosts seminars, delivers public speeches and publishes articles of FinTech related topics on local newspapers and interviewed by various media from time to time.

    Mr. Ivan Leung, Head of Engineering, SmarTone Mobile Communication Limited

    Ivan joined SmarTone Mobile Communications in April 2000, taking charge of the 3G license bidding at that stage. He is currently Head of Engineering in SmarTone, overseeing all the engineering and operations activities in the SmarTone mobile infrastructure. Ivan graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has over 30 years’ experience in both fixed and mobile telecom industries. Before joining SmarTone, Ivan held various positions in Hong Kong Telecom, CSL and New World Telephone in Hong Kong, as well as Optus Communications in Australia.

    Dr Tong Kin-Woon

    Dr Tong Kin-Woon, PhD in Ethnomusicology at Wesleyan University, is a connoisseur in Chinese culture ranging from ancient oracle bones to music instruments and the art of tea. His life-long study of Guqin, from performance to craftsmanship, owes to mentorship under legendary masters starting with the late guru Jao Tsung-I. An author of four books and numerous theses, Dr Tong taught at CUHK, the University of Michigan, and was the first head of Chinese music at Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.

    陳漢全先生 (佛教真言宗光明流阿闍梨) 陳漢全，自由藝術創作者。作為跨媒體的自由創作藝術家，由他的專業範疇，獨特的攝影角度及技巧，加上運用不同的媒體，創作出「另類」的藝術作品。 數年前，機緣巧合下，接觸到真言密法。在修密法的同時，更被當中的「悉曇文字」深深吸引著。隨著自己不斷深入鑽研，終於體驗到其當中的精神。繼而在這些年來，以梵文悉曇書法作為人生修養及作藝術分享，不遺餘力。 為致力推廣悉曇文字，現於香港大學專業進修學院（HKU SPACE)教授「種子字研習班」。

    張少強 先生佛教真言宗光明流阿闍梨及教授師，並於HKU SPACE 教導「梵文悉曇種子字」之真言要旨。張少強先生現職工作主要專責智能家居和智慧城市產品的發展，並提供相關的應用方案。在工餘時，積極修行真言密法，以體驗其對於人生身心靈健康之入世應用。

    Ms Blanche Wong is an experienced registered nurse in Hong Kong. She had been working in the Hospital Authority more than 25 years before she became an academic educator in healthcare teaching. She obtained the master degree in primary care at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and practiced as primary care professional in both public and private sectors. Her interests are to promote health for all, mental wellness and sustainable health through lifestyle modifications. Blanche deeply understands the stress, health issues Hong Kong people are facing, inadequate rest and poor sleep hygiene that could be the multitude causative factors to illnesses. In the past years, she has been very active in health promotion and disease prevention activities. Through which she hopes audiences can adjust lifestyle and eating habits as well as influence others by setting an example of decent lifestyle.

    Dr. Nip Wai is a medical doctor specialized in Psychiatry. After graduating from the University of Hong Kong, he pursues a career in mental health with working experience in Hospital Authority for over a decade. Dr. Nip undertakes further postgraduate training in cognitive-behavioral therapy in the United States and successfully finishes the supervision program from Beck Institute. Currently, in his private practice, Dr. Nip is consulted by patients from all walks of life. Besides using effective pharmacological approach to treat his patients, Dr. Nip is a strong believer of holistic care emphasizing the benefits of psychosocial well-being. His patients are regularly reminded the importance of work-life balance and taught with techniques to eventually be their own therapists. Dr. Nip is conferred fellowships by both Hong Kong Academy of Medicine and Hong Kong College of Psychiatrists. Academically, Dr. Nip teaches medical students in the University of Hong Kong as an appointed honorary clinical assistant professor of the Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Nip tremendously enjoys his married life. Being a father of a son and a daughter keeps him happily busy outside of working hours.

    畢業於廣州中醫藥大學，並獲湖北中醫藥大學醫學博士學位，現為香港大學專業進修學院副教授，中醫研究生導師，香港註冊中醫師，並任世界中醫藥學會聯合會中醫藥膳專業委員會常務理事及癌症姑息治療研究專業委員會常務理事，國際藥膳食療學會副會長。從事中醫臨床及教學工作三十餘年，曾發表醫學論文及科普文章50餘篇，練習氣功將近40年。目前還負責中醫教學、臨床及課程統籌工作。

    Ms. Monique Yim, interdisciplinary artist, educator and curator

    Monique Yim: based in Hong Kong and works globally, Yim (b.1984) is an interdisciplinary artist, educator and curator who engages in visual art performance, installation, public art and community art. She is also an art director in film, advertising and theatre. 
Engaged in art for 12 years, Yim’s works and teachings have been presented in 30 cities in Asia and Europe, in about 200 international exhibitions and festivals. In 2013, Yim curated the “Performance Art Marathon" in the West Kowloon Cultural District, Hong Kong. In the decade, she has collaborated with or commissioned by numerous local and international arts and cultural institutions, eg. MaD Asia, Hong Kong Literature House, Hong Kong Art Gallery Association, etc. Yim has actively given workshops or lectures at many overseas and local universities, schools and institutions, included in: Zentrum Karl der Grosse, Switzerland, Brno University of Technology, Czech Republic, Xiamen University, China, HKU, CUHK, CITYU, POLYU, BUHK, HKUST, HKAPA, Hong Kong School of Creativity, Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation, Hong Kong Renaissance Foundation, South Island International School, etc. Yim’s performance artwork addressing to marriage equality, “Queer Series No.10: Ungrounded Tango” (Berlin, 2017), was awarded the "International Award for Visual Art Performance in Public Space” at Kassak Centre, Europe, in 2018. 
Her "Queer Series (since 2015)" addresses to gender, body, sexuality issue, social norm and taboo, esp. gender autonomy vs social construction of gender binary, transgender, gender ambiguous and fluid body (androgyny or genderqueer). Some of the works concern LGBTQ rights and equality. They have drawn social and media attention after being presented in Hong Kong and the globe. The series was supported by HKADC, HKHAB, Lush and overseas fundings. The art reviews were collected by Asia Art Archive and Taiwan Fountain of Creativity; and Phd research project was done by Dr Emma Kwan of Oxford University. Lately, Yim has been invited to collaborate with different LGBTQ communities in art, photography, film and education projects including the movie “A Woman Is A Woman”.
