Ms Clara Cheng
Ms. Clara Cheng is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (Dietitian Australia). Clara is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the HKU SPACE, College of Life Science and Technology. Since graduated from Sydney University, she has worked in various clinical and community capacities. In addition to nutrition education, Clara also has broad experience as a nutritional science consultant in food industry.

Despite the widespread prevalence of anemia, the critical role of nutrition in this condition is often overlooked. In this seminar, a registered dietitian will delve into the relationship between nutrition and anemia. From iron deficiency to vitamin imbalances, the speaker will analyse the nutritional factors that impact our blood health and share symptoms and prevention methods for anemia.
