In Korea, talking about someone's Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) has become an incredibly popular way to connect with others, surpassing discussions of blood type or zodiac sign. The MBTI classifies personalities into 16 types based on how people think, behave, and approach life. No longer just a casual topic of conversation among friends, it's found its way into marketing, reality TV, and even job interviews. This widespread interest in the MBTI reflects a larger cultural shift towards a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. This seminar will explore why the MBTI is so popular in Korea, take time to learn about your own MBTI, and discuss how it impacts both personal relationships and professional environments.
