Mr. Milton Poon

Mr. Milton Poon has obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in French and European Studies at Hong Kong University. He has also attained the Diploma in French language studies (Diplôme d'université Français Langue Étrangère) at Stendhal University in France. Mr. Poon has been a French instructor at HKU SPACE since 2014. With his years of teaching experience and interactive lessons, Mr. Poon often receives positive feedback from his students.

This one-hour online workshop is aimed at helping you improve your French pronunciation and familiarising you with the basic French sound system through reading aloud, more attentive listening and the guidance of our instructor. Practice materials are selected with more emphasis on individual consonants and silent sounds, geared towards beginners of the French language. The workshop takes an integrated approach through which you will explore the beauty of French sounds through reading, listening and speaking. The workshop is conducted in English and French.
