Since 1968, the School has provided professional training programmes in housing management, and nurtured over 10,000 housing professionals serving in the industry. Our Professional Diploma in Housing Management Programme is highly popular among housing practitioners, and enables them to become a professional member of both the Chartered Institute of Housing and Hong Kong Institute of Housing. In response to the professional development of the real estate industry, the School has also devised a variety of curriculums to satisfy the training needs of the industry. Students may opt for a range of disciplines, including facility management, asset management, and shopping centre management, to suit their own career path and professional development. Most of the programmes are recognised by professional bodies.

The programme provides a professional qualification in housing management.  It provides a firm grounding in the theory and practice of housing management. The standard and content of the programme and its examination are designed to be the equivalent of the Professional Qualification of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Asian Pacific Branch and the Hong Kong Institute of Housing.
