Ms Kera Tong

Ms. Iris Ching

Ms. Iris Ching has over 35 years of experience in the floral industry and is a highly accomplished professional floral educator. She holds internationally recognised qualifications, including the ADFA (Advanced Dutch Flower Arranger) certification from the Netherlands and the AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers) credential from the United States. She currently serves as the Education Director of the Institut de Artflor, where she is dedicated to curriculum development and professional training. Ms. Ching previously worked at the SCOPE, City University of Hong Kong as the Academic Coordinator of Floral Design programs. She has also been responsible for training DFA instructors for more than 20 years. Throughout her career, Ms. Ching has participated in numerous international floral competitions and has served as a judge in Dutch floral design examinations. She is presently an expert panel member of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and a technical consultant for the Employees Retraining Board (ERB), actively contributing to the advancement of both the floral industry and professional education.

Ms. Catherine Au

Ms. Catherine Au is a seasoned floral designer and instructor, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Continuing and Professional Education at City University of Hong Kong, as well as at the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council and Institut de Artflor. Since 2001, she has dedicated herself to floral art education, combining practical training with experience in the commercial floral industry. Catherine has received the Outstanding Instructor Award from the Hong Kong Employees Retraining Board and has contributed to the Qualifications Framework as a specialist for the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications. She is a certified member of the American Institute of Floral Designers and a judge for the Dutch Floral Design exams in Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen. Recently, Catherine has focused on developing sustainable floral art education, emphasizing design concepts and green techniques rooted in European floral traditions.

Dr. CHAN Sze Mun

Dr. Chan is a linguist and educator with a doctoral background in German linguistics and extensive experience in teaching Cantonese to diverse learner groups. Passionate about supporting non-Chinese-speaking communities through language education. Recognized for teaching excellence with multiple consecutive Best Teacher Award shortlistings.

Dr Sherly Chen (Postgraduate Diploma in English for Global Careers Programme Leader, HKU SPACE)

Dr Chen is a doctoral graduate in Applied Language Sciences from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and currently serves as the Programme Manager at the School of Professional and Continuing Education of The University of Hong Kong. Holding dual teaching qualifications from both the Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. Dr Chen brings over a decade of frontline teaching and educational management experience. Her expertise lies in language education, curriculum development, and academic quality assurance systems. She specialises in pedagogical innovation and programme coordination within cross-cultural educational contexts and is committed to advancing the integrated development of higher education and lifelong learning.

Ms. Jin Dan

Ms. Jin Dan graduated from the Communication University of China with a degree in broadcasting. She used to be a news anchor at CCTV, and now she works as a radio show host at RTHK and serves on the Recitation and Performance Committee of the Poetry Institute of China as a representative of the Hong Kong SAR. Over the years, she has taught advanced Mandarin courses for a number of government departments and companies.

Dr. Lo Kit Hung

Dr Lo Kit-hung, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He specialises in Yijing, Chinese Philosophy, Civics and Social and Political Philosophy, and is the author of the books "Thinking Strategy" (co-author) and "Critical Thinking" (co-author). Dr Lo is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Practical Philosophy Society, an Honorary Advisor of the Hong Kong Philosophical Practitioners Association, and a Certified Philosophical Consultant of the American Philosophical Practitioners Association. He is also the guest host of RTHK radio programme "Free as the Wind", and a guest host of Metro Radio. Over the years, he has devoted himself to popularising Yijing, Chinese philosophy and philosophical counselling.

Mr. Chokri Ben Ahmed Alaya

Mr. Chokri Ben Ahmed Alaya is a native Arabic speaker with extensive experience of over 20 years in language teaching, translation and interpretation. Prior to his pursuit of an educational career, he studied engineering and worked in both fields of commerce as well as project management. While working closely with Hong Kong utility companies and governmental offices, he represented his company in exhibitions in Dubai, conducted technical discussions and negotiations on projects in Qatar and the UAE.

Ms. Tiffany Kwong is the Programme Director for our signature law program, University of London Law preparation courses including Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law and Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law. She is also the Programme Director for our only full-time law program, the Higher Diploma for Legal Executives and for the very popular Summer Law School - Law School Preparation Program (for Future Lawyers) and Weekend Law School - Law School Advantage for Secondary School Students.

Mr Erwin Chan

Gaby Kun

Ir Gaby Kun has over 20 years of working experience in smart workplaces and smart buildings, property and facilities management within the real estate and construction industry. Since 2009, he has participated in the Government of Hong Kong’s scheme for the revitalization of industrial buildings. He is responsible for all aspects of capital projects, A&A works, renovation and property development in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region, including design, budgeting, feasibility, scheduling, delivery, and project management.

Mr. Franky W.H. Fung

Mr. Fung Kin Wah, Franky, is a Consultant at Li & Partners and has been admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong since 2003. He is a certified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) from The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). With over two decades of professional legal experience, Mr. Fung specializes deeply in corporate, commercial, wealth succession, and trust matters. He regularly serves as a guest speaker for various external organizations and financial institutions, and has authored numerous authoritative legal articles on asset protection and legacy management for LexisNexis.

Ms Hazel Wong

Ms. Hazel Wong is an experienced practitioner in communication and digital media. As the Co-Founder and Director of PI Consultancy & Training Company Limited, she manages a cross-functional team handling full-service social media operations for over 50 clients, while specializing in integrating proprietary AI marketing solutions into business workflows. Hazel previously served as a Senior Digital Marketing Officer at A.S. Watson Group, where she successfully executed large-scale digital campaigns and managed major social platforms to achieve consistent growth. Her solid industry expertise is backed by a professional academic background, holding a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Communication (Journalism) from the Hong Kong Baptist University. Through her extensive firsthand experience, Hazel shares practical insights on how mastering communication allows individuals to effectively direct technologies in the AI era.

Ms Jennifer Wong

Ms Jennifer Wong is a part-time Lecturer in the Master of Counselling programme at The University of Hong Kong, and an Executive Committee Member and volunteer counsellor at Greenery Counselling Studio. She has also served on the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Sandplay Therapy Association since 2020. Previously a professional accountant in accounting and investment banking for twenty years, Ms Wong shifted to psychology and counselling in 2006. She completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a Certificate in Play Therapy in 2009, followed by master’s degrees in Counselling (2011) and Behavioural Health (2014) at The University of Hong Kong, and is a certified counsellor of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association. Since being introduced to Jungian sandplay therapy in 2010, Ms Wong has pursued ongoing advanced training, including programmes in Switzerland, at the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich, and International Society for Sandplay Therapy (ISST) events in Malta and Berlin.

He also serves as Honorary External Secretary of the Division of Counselling Psychology of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, contributing to professional communication and collaboration within the field.

Dr Ruby Mui

Dr Mui is an experienced clinical psychologist specialising in children with special educational needs and attachment-related issues. In private practice, she works with children and families, including adoptive families, as well as adults with depression and emotional difficulties. She also teaches attachment-related topics to parents and professionals, has used sandplay therapy since 2004, and is a current HKSTA Committee Member.

Ms Jennifer Wong

Ms Jennifer Wong is a part-time Assistant Lecturer in the Master of Counselling programme at The University of Hong Kong, an Executive Committee Member and volunteer counsellor at Greenery Counselling Studio, and a member of the HKSTA Executive Committee since 2020. After more than 20 years in accounting and investment banking, she transitioned to psychology and counselling, earning postgraduate qualifications from HKU. She is a certified counsellor and has specialised in Jungian sandplay therapy since 2010, with ongoing international training.
