Prof Edward Lee
Prof Lee is currently serving as a full-time faculty member, Professor of Practice, in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies (LMS) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) since 2017. Prior to joining PolyU’s full-time faculty, he occupied senior executive roles across a diverse array of industries, where he drove tangible, data-backed business outcomes. During his tenure at Prince of Peace, Inc. (2010–2014). As Chief/Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen (China), where he oversaw nationwide risk management, supply chain, and strategic management engagements. Beyond strategic planning, his executive background has afforded me end-to-end expertise in brand lifecycle management (from conceptualization to market scaling), integrated promotional and advertising campaigns, marketing strategy deployment, sales network establishment, frontline sales team capacity building, day-to-day operational governance, and granular P&L oversight for cross-border projects in the United States, mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. He has also held distinguished public-sector and trade facilitation roles, including serving as a Commercial Specialist for the U.S. Department of Commerce and Director of the State of Alabama Hong Kong Office -- positions that deepened my understanding of bilateral trade dynamics and cross-regional business ecosystems.
