The programme is recognized as the Specified Academic Qualification for PMP (Tier 1) Licence by the PMSA, which provides a professional qualification in housing management.  It provides a firm grounding in the theory and practice of housing management. The standard and content of the programme and its examination are designed to be the equivalent of the Professional Qualification of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Asian Pacific Branch and the Hong Kong Institute of Housing.

The programme provides students with an overview of different forms of private markets and alternative investments including private credit, private equity, hedge funds, commodities and natural resources. It covers the benefits and risks associated with alternative investments in portfolio management. Case studies of different investment strategies of private markets and alternative investments in global financial markets will be examined.
 

This programme aims to prepare students for the HKICPA QP Examination ‘Taxation’. It helps students to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Hong Kong tax system, including the major Hong Kong taxes that impact transactions, individuals, and entities. Also, the programme will provide students with an overview of the tax system in Mainland China.
