The Specification of Competency Standards (SCS) for Information and Communications Technology Operation and Support (“ICT SCS (O&S)") mainly comprises competences required for operation and support for ICT systems and equipment commonly used by all organisations regardless of their size and nature of business. It consists of 53 Units of Competency (UoCs) which are distributed into 7 areas (Core Skills and 6 Support Areas) at QF level 1 to 3.
