岑逸飛先生

Dr Lucas Hui

Dr Hui was appointed the Chief Technology Officer in October 2019, bringing with him over 30 years of outstanding research, consulting and teaching experience and a passion in “enabling people and processes to fully leverage the power of technology.” Dr Hui is an internationally renowned expert in applied research in cybersecurity, data sciences and trust management, with vast leadership experience in collaborative projects in complex, multi- stakeholder situations across technological, organizational and geographical boundaries. He first joined ASTRI in February 2018 as a Senior Director, and has successfully led the ASTRI Security Lab, IoT Security, Data Analytics, Multimedia Systems and Analytics, and Blockchain research teams. Some of the most exciting innovations delivered include cyber intelligence in FinTech, IoT security, industrial big data analytics for predictive maintenance, news and social media data analytics, and diagnostic image analytics platform for cancer screening. Dr Hui is a pioneer in Information Security research in Hong Kong, with extensive connections in Greater China as well as internationally. Before joining ASTRI, he was a Faculty member at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) for nearly 20 years, and founded the university’s Centre for Information Security and Cryptography. He also taught at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He has been a delegate, speaker, or panellist at numerous international conferences and workshops, and has over 200 papers attributed to him in international publications and journals. He was on the Steering Committee of ASIACRYPT – a top international conference in cryptography – and had hosted international conferences in Hong Kong. Dr Hui completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies and MPhil in Computer Science at HKU. He also holds a Master of Science and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.

Alan Wong is overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the HKD.com. He was an early investor in some of the ICO projects. Mr Russell Wong

Russell is a passionate and engaging trainer, practical academic and consultant with 25+ years of global/ regional strategic management, corporate development, marketing and business development leadership experience in high performing organizations across diverse industries, from b2c to b2c and from MNCs to family businesses. Russell has been teaching IT-related disciplines for more than 15 years, concentrating on RFID applications in global supply chain management. His recent interest in using IT to drive digital transformation from business model changed to IoT application. Russell received his balanced portfolio with over 20 years of being an adjunct professor, lecturer, and dissertation supervisor of 20+ Universities/Institutes from Hong Kong, the UK, Australia and the USA at the master level. He also taught supply chain management in Beijing to China executives.

Gary now heads up the risk management function of a clearinghouse in Hong Kong. He was Associate Director of one of the Big-4 firms and Assistant General Manager of an internal audit function of a note-issuing bank in Hong Kong. He has extensive risk management and audit experience and served as a lecturer in various academic programmes and professional courses in the past 9 years.

Mr Wilson Kwok

Wilson C. Kwok is a Hong Kong Certified Practising Accountant, a Hong Kong Certified Tax Accountant, a China M&A Dealer, a CFP Financial Planner, a CFT Financial Technologist, and a Qianhai Hong Kong Certified Tax Accountant. Over the 30 years, Wilson has provided auditing, financing, international tax planning, corporate restructuring, listing planning and professional training services for many domestic and foreign companies since his practice. He also has actively participated in the voluntary work of various associations and universities in Hong Kong and mainland China. Mr. Kwok is the Founder & Vice-chairman of Institute of Financial Technologists of Asia Limited (IFTA). It is a non-profit organization and an accredited FinTech certification body in Asia. Its mission and vision are to nurture global FinTech talents with the highest standards of ethics, education and professional conduct. In addition, Mr. Kwok was the Founding Executive Committee Member and Honorary Treasurer of the Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (“IFPHK”). He has been actively involved in the promotion of Financial and International Taxation Planning in Hong Kong and PRC for banks, financial institutions, and universities.

With over 20 years of experience in IT within the investment banking industry, Anderson has been responsible for heading up the technology project and operations team in Pacific Rim at various prominent investment banks. He became an entrepreneur in 2009 when he founded several start-ups: Sonivy Technology Limited Company (Innovative technology solution company), tagmywine (Social network for wine lovers), Anymex (P2P money exchange platform), Gelato.AI (Intelligent hotel platform), QuantDART (Crypto custody and investment platform) as well as Artzioneer (O2O2M Blockchain Company).

Mr Emil Chan

Emil is a FinTech enthusiast with over 20 years experience in managing IT, back office operations and business transformation projects in international financial institutions. He had worked for several sizeable international banks including Credit Suisse and BayernLB as the roles of First Vice President, Head of IT in Asia Pacific, Project Director and Operations Manager Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience in both Business and IT consulting encompassing the design, setup, leading and managing of cross-border projects throughout Asia. Emil is currently the Honorary Chairman of SmartHK, an NGO to promote startups for underprivileged and the members and advisors of several FinTech startups. He is also the adjunct lecturer of FinTech courses for Hong Kong University SPACE, Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, Vocational Training Council, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and Lingnan University . He conducts CPD accredited courses for professional bodies including HK Law Society, HK Institute of CPA, Project Management Institute, etc. Moreover, he compiles and delivers in-house training courses for well known international companies and financial institutions. In the past 10 years, he participated actively in voluntary community services in related to popularization of technology. He is the founding Chairman of the Association of Cloud and Mobile Computing Professionals, Past Vice President and Supervisory Committee Member of Internet Profession Association (iProA), the Vice Chairman of Hong Kong New Emerging Technology Education Association. He is also the Chairman of Smart City Consortium FinTech Committee, the Vice President and Hon. Emil had obtained a bachelor degree on Applied Computer Science from Hong Kong Open University and graduated from the University of Iowa with a Master of Business Administration degree. Dr Simon Yiu

Dr Simon Yiu is the IT Department Head of a financial institution in Hong Kong, and has handled many FinTech initiatives and projects, such as Algo trading, finance big data analytics, Robo-advisors and so on. Before that, he also worked for AI, and Machine learning startup as co-founder and CTO located at a Hong Kong Science Park and participated at the University organized Entrepreneurship Center in 2010, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, Big Data analytics and Natural language processing. Furthermore, he has hands-on programming experiences in FinTech areas for over 10 years.

In addition, she is also the co-founder of a blockchain company and the founder of an IT solution company.

Elvan is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of RADIAN, a blockchain protocol embracing the principle of Web3 and decentralisation, using Blockchain and DeFi. Before co-founding RADIAN, Elvan served as the COO of a LoyaltyFi company, raising USD3.7million seed-round fundraising. He co-founded Cryptotal.io in 2017, a payment infrastructure for cryptocurrencies.

Hanif has been teaching criminal and other law classes at HKU SPACE for many years and has received awards for being an outstanding teacher at HKU SPACE. 黃河山醫生

周杰芳博士

香港大學專業進修學院名譽副教授，國家教委選送赴法國研究疼痛的訪問學者，廣州中醫藥大學博士，原廣州中醫藥大學副教授，師承針灸大師司徒鈴教授、靳三針原創人靳瑞教授，長期從事中醫、針灸的科研、教學和臨床工作，精研電針療法，在針灸治療痛、癱疾病方面有深入研究和豐富的臨床經驗。多年來參與本院為中西醫提供的中醫及痛症治療培訓課程的講授工作。

Mr Kelvin Chua

Mr Kelvin Chua is a Registered Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the Hong Kong Psychological Society. He has extensive management consulting experience with Accenture, Aon Hewitt, Gartner, PwC and Willis Towers Watson, serving a broad range of clients in multiple industries and functions across strategy, organization and operations. His work focuses on leadership transformation aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and the roles of stress, coping and social support systems in health and wellbeing. He has advised top executives and policymakers, helping them to achieve clarity and purpose during periods of stressful organizational transformation and pandemics. Mr Chua has deep hands-on industry experience, having worked for AIG and AXA as a department head in Human Resources. In 2011, his department won the AIG Team Achievement Award for outstanding performance. He was also sponsored by Aon Hewitt to complete the Human Resource Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

鍾永漢先生為資深祖傳風水導師，有逾三十年風水實踐經驗。早年曾於房屋署工作，其後，傳承父親的風水知識，提供風水諮詢服務，曾任中山石岐屋苑之風水設計師。鍾先生擁有美國工商管理學士及碩士學位，曾分別於職業訓練局、香港中文大學專業進修學院及香港管理專業協會任教風水課程，現為澳門科技大學現代風水環境學專業文憑的課程策劃兼首席導師及香港大學專業進修學院風水課程導師。
