Mr. Ferrix Lau, ACS, ACIS, CFA, FRM, has over 10 years’ teaching experience in business, accounting and finance modules at tertiary level. He teaches Financial Analysis, Financial Risk Management, Quantitative Analysis, Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting as well as Corporate Governance. Mr Vincent Law
Mr Law holds both the CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive, USA) and MInstF(Dip) (Diploma in Fundraising Management, UK) credentials. He is a certified ESG professional, with ESGCP®, CEP®, and ISB® Adviser accreditations. A Master Trainer for Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Faculty Training Academy and certified AFP fundraising course trainer, Mr Law brings a wealth of global experience to his work. Mr Law has served on the CFRE International board and examination committee, as President of the AFP Hong Kong Chapter, and on the board and development committee for AFP International. He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, a Master’s in Psychology of Education from City University, HK, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Lifelong Education from the University of Nottingham. Mr Larry Yuen
Mr Larry Yuen is an all-round financial markets lecturer with extensive experience in finance, investment, and risk management. He was qualified in England as Chartered Accountant. He started his career in asset management managing monies of institutional clients, and then joined the private banking as portfolio specialist. He has held various senior positions in global financial institutions over the past 20 years of career. Larry holds a MSc in Financial Economics, MSc in E-commerce & Internet Computing, and MSc in Risk Management Science. He is a Chartered Accountant (FCA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA). He also holds specialisation certificates of Investment Management with Python and Machine Learning.

魏炜霖先生 (Mr. Dennis Ngai)
Dennis Ngai is currently Senior Vice President, Sustainable Finance, Institutional Banking Group (IBG) in DBS Bank Hong Kong. He was instrumental in establishing the DBS IBG Sustainability team in Hong Kong and is a key subject matter expert within the organization for sustainable finance. His provides guidance and expertise across multiple topics including sustainable finance, ESG risk management and climate risk. Prior to joining DBS, Dennis was the co-founder of a global consultancy firm, specializing on sustainability, environmental and risk management advisory for chemical, energy, and engineering projects across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. With nearly 20 years of experience in finance, engineering, and sustainability, Dennis actively drives ESG capacity building and thought leadership in Hong Kong. He serves on the Programme Advisory Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers' "Enhanced Competency Framework on Green and Sustainable Finance" program, and contributes to various industry associations including the Hong Kong Green Finance Association. Dennis is also a guest lecturer for ESG courses for The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Dennis holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also holds a Certificate in ESG Investing by the CFA Institute.

Ms Irene Lam
林女士在金融服務業的審計、風險管理、合規以及反洗錢/反恐怖主義融資（AML/CFT）領域擁有超過15年的經驗。她曾任職於多家全球系統重要性銀行（G-SIBs），包括渣打銀行、匯豐銀行（透過恆生銀行）和瑞穗銀行。她的專長在於管理企業風險、營運風險、網路安全風險和技術風險。她擁有三級審計師、二級風險管理師和一級風險管理師的經驗，並曾管理過人工智慧概念驗證專案。她的經驗還包括進行基於威脅情境的風險分析、機構風險評估、專題審查以及對金融產品和電子平台進行審計。此外，她也曾擔任《支付系統及儲值工具條例》（第584章）的指定經理，負責監理相關事宜。 她擁有澳洲國立大學資訊系統研究碩士學位、墨爾本大學商學學士學位以及深圳大學中國（商法）文憑。她持有註冊資訊系統審計師 (CISA)、註冊道德駭客 (CEH)、註冊內部稽核師 (CIA)、註冊會計師 (CPA)、註冊反洗錢專家 (CAMS) 和註冊大數據專家 (CBDP) 等多項專業資格認證。 在她擅長的領域，她曾擔任33 Financial Services Limited（香港金融管理局儲值工具牌照編號：SVF0010）高級副總裁和渣打銀行（香港）有限公司副董事。
