Professor Kelvin Wan

Prof Kelvin Wan is a distinguished authority in AI Leadership, AI Governance, and AI Project Management. With a career spanning over 25 years in the Innovation and Technology (I&T) sector, he is a prominent advocate for the responsible and practical integration of Artificial Intelligence within organisational frameworks. He currently serves as the Vice President and Chair of the AI Special Interest Group (SIG) of PMI Hong Kong Chapter, as well as the Co-Chair for Strategic AI Alliance between HKCS and PMIHK. He is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, providing professional insights on AI, project management and PMO sector. Dr Dawn Chui

Dr Dawn Chui is an accomplished leader in innovation, technology, and urban development with an extensive background spanning government, academia, and private enterprise. Most recently, she managed the China-Italy Innovation Center in Shenzhen and spearheaded multiple startups between 2020 and 2025. Her leadership experience includes serving as the Head of Asia-Pacific for the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) under MTR Corporation, where she also held the roles of Pavilion Director at the Shanghai Expo and Director for the Asia-Pacific Centre of Transport Excellence. Mr Eric Moy

Mr Eric Moy has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years. He has served as a committee member of the Professional Information Security Association for more than 8 years, during which he has participated in over 100 school talks. His audiences have included primary school students, secondary school students, university students, parents, teachers, the elderly, social workers, and people from various backgrounds. Mr SK Lee

Mr SK Lee is the Chief Executive and Board Director of RD Wallet Technologies Limited. Mr Lee’s previous experience includes his roles as the Head of Financial Crime Compliance and Senior Executive in Business Development in Hang Seng Bank during 2014 to 2020, and various compliance positions at Standard Chartered (Hong Kong) during 2006 to 2014 with the last position being Head of Compliance in Retail Clients. During 1996 to 2006, he worked in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in Banking Supervision and Banking Policy. Mr Lee is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified AML Professional (CAMLP), and Fellow Member in Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (FHKSI). Prof Edward Lee

Prof Lee is currently serving as a full-time faculty member, Professor of Practice, in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies (LMS) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) since 2017. Prior to joining PolyU’s full-time faculty, he occupied senior executive roles across a diverse array of industries, where he drove tangible, data-backed business outcomes. During his tenure at Prince of Peace, Inc. (2010–2014). As Chief/Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen (China), where he oversaw nationwide risk management, supply chain, and strategic management engagements. Mr Yang Ho Yun

Mr Yang has been engaged in the research and teaching of the I Ching and Zi Wei Dou Shu and applied analysis of Qi Men Dun Jia. Mr Chung Wing Hon

Mr Chung Wing Hon is a veteran Feng Shui master with over fifty years of practical experience. He previously worked for the Housing Department and later inherited his father's Feng Shui knowledge, providing Feng Shui consultation services. Mr Chung holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration from the United States. Mr Honson Chan

Mr Fong Wai Lap

Mr Fong Wai Lap was immersed in Chinese Yi Jin, fortune telling, Feng Shui, and antique culture from a young age, and is dedicated to researching the relationship between astronomy, geography, and Feng Shui principles. He has worked as a director of investment banks and surveying firms, an advisor to US-listed companies, and a consultant to several Hong Kong government departments, writing relevant advisory reports for the government. He is currently a member of the Hong Kong Mediation Qualifications Assessment Association, a senior member of the Hong Kong Institute of Professional Auditors, and a member of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. Mr Fong holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Australia, a Bachelor of Laws degree from China, and a Master of International Finance degree from Australia. Dr Donald Tsoi

Dr Donald Choi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and a PhD in Engineering Science from Monash University, Australia. Dr Choi specializes in Bazi and Feng Shui. He has been invited to provide annual fortune advice to clients at the Hong Kong Jockey Club. In addition to providing Feng Shui advice for homes, shops, offices, and upstairs stores in Hong Kong, he has also offered Feng Shui layout improvement advice for large-scale real estate developments and their sales offices in Zhongshan, Liuzhou, and Huizhou, China. He has also provided annual fortune improvement services to clients in South Korea and Australia.

Dr Lee Boon Jang

Dr BJ Lee is currently the course leader for the Diploma in Feng Shui Planning for Office and Residence programme and Certificate for Modules. He is a College Principal Lecturer, responsible for a range of courses including Accounting, Corporate Governance, and Business Administration. Dr Lee has taught a variety of subjects, including Strategic Management, Marketing, Financial Management, Accounting, Organizational Behavior, and Business Communication. He holds a degree from Ulster University, an MBA from Cardiff Business School, and a PhD from Macquarie University, Australia. Mr Peter Pak

Mr Pak joined BOCI in 2004 and is currently the Executive Director at BOCI Securities. He was born in Beijing, grew up in Hong Kong, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in the United States, majoring in finance. Mr Pak has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial industry and previously worked for various financial institutions, including Sun Hung Kai & Nomura, etc., in equity research. He has covered conglomerate, aviation, consumer, infrastructure, and small-cap sectors & has participated in some major IPO transactions such as CNOOC & Ping An Insurance. A compassionate and highly experienced senior mobile pet groomer and pet aromatherapist, currently serving as an adjunct instructor at a university, where she teaches pet care–related courses. She integrates solid theoretical knowledge with extensive hands‑on experience in her teaching. Carrie specialises in grooming and caring for senior pets and has been featured in media interviews. She is also skilled in applying natural, non‑invasive approaches—such as pet aromatherapy and massage—to gently address a wide range of pets’ physical and emotional needs, with the aim of enhancing their overall quality of life. Salley pursued advanced studies in ikebana at the Ikenobo Central Training Institute in Kyoto, the highest academic institution for Japanese flower arrangement. She graduated with the top overall results and received the Institute’s Tachibana Award (Best Academic Performance Award) for three consecutive years. In 2024, she represented Hong Kong at the Kyū-Tanabata-kai National Ikebana Exhibition, the oldest ikebana exhibition in Japan, and also exhibited at the Taiwan–Japan Friendship Ikenobo Exhibition in Taipei.

Karman holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from The University of Hong Kong and currently serves as a Research Assistant at the State Key Laboratory of Marine Pollution (SKLMP) at City University of Hong Kong. Mr Kyran Sze, MH

Mr Kyran Sze is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABEHK). Dr Frankie CHEUNG is Programme Director at HKU SPACE and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE. He is responsible for designing and managing degree and professional programmes in media cultures, creative industries and communication and cultural studies. Dr CHEUNG has over twenty years of experience in tertiary teaching and curriculum development, and has been involved in developing a number of collaborative programmes with overseas universities. Dr Raglan Lam

Dr Raglan Lam is an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) expert with over 39 years of industry experience. He obtains numerous academic qualifications, including PhD in Safety and Health Management from the University of Hong Kong, Master's degree in Applied Science in Occupational Safety Management from the University of Western Sydney, Master's degree in Business Administration from the Macau Asian International Open University and Diploma in Occupational Hygiene from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, Registered Safety Auditor, and Registered Safety Officer in Hong Kong. Throughout his career, Dr Lam has dedicated himself to providing diverse OSH professional services, such as developing and reviewing safety management systems, conducting accident investigations, risk assessments, and safety audits. He has served a variety of clients, including various departments of the Hong Kong SAR Government, public utilities companies, and large private corporations. Dr Lam is also an experienced educator, known for his practical case studies and illustrative teaching style that emphasizes the latest developments in OSH. This has earned him high regard and admiration from his students.

Ms. Tiffany Kwong Wai Ting

Ms Tiffany Kwong is a Programme Director in the College of Humanities and Law at HKU SPACE. She leads and coordinates a range of legal education programmes, including the University of London Bachelor of Laws (LLB), the Graduate Diploma in Commercial Law, and the Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law, with the aim of providing learners from diverse backgrounds with an internationally oriented and well-structured pathway in legal studies. Ms Kwong also serves as Programme Leader for the College’s full-time legal programme, the Higher Diploma for Legal Executive Studies. In addition, she has long been involved in designing and delivering law taster and outreach initiatives for secondary school students, including the Summer Law School “Law School Preparation Program (for future lawyers)” and the Weekend Law School “Law School Advantage for Secondary School Students”, helping students better understand the nature of legal learning and potential professional directions. In teaching and curriculum development, Ms Kwong places strong emphasis on academic quality and student support. Through thoughtful programme planning, study guidance, and progression and professional articulation advice, she supports students in building core legal competencies and planning their further studies and career pathways in line with individual goals. She also shares practical insights on legal education and progression routes through public talks and media features.

Mr Peter Brokenshire

Mr Peter Brokenshire, British English elocution and accent reduction trainer, was raised in Malaya and educated in England. He graduated in Classics (Latin and Ancient Greek) and joined the British Army, first in the infantry and then as an intelligence analyst, and met his wife in Hong Kong in 1982. He was then self-employed in sales and IT, and gained a BSc in Natural Sciences and an MSc in e-Commerce. He then worked for the Department for Transport in IT procurement, negotiating and managing large data management, IT services and software development contracts. In 2012 he returned to the Far East and teaches English and elocution in various tertiary education institutes in China and Hong Kong. His interests include languages, history, natural sciences and fish keeping. Students will be impressed by his sense of humour and dynamic teaching methods.

Ms Cheung Lai Yin

Born in Hong Kong, Ms Cheung received a Bachelor of Arts from Jinan University (Guangzhou) in 1982, a Master of Philosophy from the University of Hong Kong in 1989, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2003. She previously served as Professional Consultant and Deputy Programme Director at the Putonghua Education Research and Development Centre, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. With many years of experience in Chinese language and linguistics education and research, Ms Cheung maintains a strong interest in sociolinguistic phenomena and specialises in Cantonese dialect studies, with particular emphasis on comparative research between Cantonese and Putonghua.

Mr Wallace Ma has completed his Master’s Degree at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, Germany. He has extensive experience in teaching German language and and managing related cultural programmes at different schools, universities and institutions in Hong Kong. Welby Chung (VJ Welby) is an award-winning director specialising in music videos, animation, and advertising. A graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University's School of Design, he began his career in animation and art direction in 1996. . His acclaimed works have earned prestigious recognitions including a Golden Melody Award nomination (Taiwan, 2008), Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Excellence Award (2007), and awards at international film festivals in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea. As founder of Crossfade Creative, Welby has expanded his creative vision across commercials, music videos, and graphic design since 2008. With a background in dance and VJ performance, he has collaborated with top artists like G.E.M., Julian Cheung, Raymond Lam, and Chrissie Chau, blending dynamic visuals with compelling storytelling. His multidisciplinary expertise continues to shape Hong Kong's vibrant creative scene.

Dr Lam Cheuk Yi Zoe

Dr Lam Cheuk Yi is currently a College Lecturer at the Centre for Language and Assessment, HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education. She holds teaching qualifications in early childhood education in Hong Kong and Canada, special education in Hong Kong, and is an internationally registered Montessori teacher. She earned her EdD and MEd from The Education University of Hong Kong, graduating with distinction and receiving the Dean’s Honours List, and has been repeatedly awarded the “Commendation for Teacher (Hong Kong)” by the Education Bureau. Dr Lam has taught bachelor’s and master’s programmes at several universities and has served as a teaching practicum supervisor, guest lecturer, and research consultant, with over ten years of teaching and administrative experience in early childhood and special education. She has also authored journal articles, newspaper columns, and books. Her research focuses on language proficiency and language awareness, the home literacy environment, positive psychology and well-being, and supporting the learning needs of children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.

Ms Oh received her M.A. in Korean Studies from Ewha Womans University and completed the Korean Teacher Leadership Programme at Seoul National University. She has been working at HKU SPACE since 2007, coordinating both part-time and full-time Korean language programmes.

Eric Kwong is a Programme Director at HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE) and is currently the executive committee member of the Society of Japanese Languae Education Hong Kong.
